Each time this site is accessed, technically necessary data is stored in server log files: IP address, date and time of access, page accessed, volume of data transferred, browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL.

This site is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestrasse 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. When accessing the site, technically necessary data (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp) is transferred to the hosting provider and processed in server logs. Data is processed exclusively within the European Union (data centre Nuremberg). No transfer to third countries takes place. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded with Hetzner Online GmbH. Hetzner is certified to ISO/IEC 27001.
4. Patient data and professional confidentiality
Personal data collected in the context of psychotherapeutic treatment is subject to professional confidentiality under Article 321 of the Swiss Criminal Code. It is collected and stored exclusively for treatment purposes. Storage follows the professional requirements applicable to medical records.
The transmission of sensitive data by email is fundamentally not secure against interception. If you make contact by email, you do so at your own risk; confidential transmission cannot be guaranteed.
5. Contact
When you make contact via the site or by email, your information (email address, content of the request) is stored to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in initiating treatment. This data is not passed on to third parties without your consent.

This site does not use cookies or tracking technologies.
